Cancellation
Exhibitor can cancel the booth with some cancelling fees based on the schedule below.
- From April 1 to October 20, 2015
- 50% of all exhibit fees paid by an exhibitor
- From October 21 to December 31, 2015
- 80% of all exhibit fees paid by an exhibitor
- After January 1, 2016
- 100% of all exhibit fees paid by an exhibitor
